Retroactive Qualified Transit Exclusion for 2014 
Congress enacted legislation that retroactively increases the 2014 pre-tax transit and vanpool limit from $130 to $250.

M-1 Reporting Reminder
Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements (MEWAs) must file Form M-1 with the Department of Labor by March 2, 2015 (unless an extension is requested). A MEWA is an arrangement that offers health and other benefits to the employees of two or more different employers (including one or more self-employed individuals).
