Exclusive USI Webinar Series April 7 & 14, ACA: Preparing for Pay or Play

The IRS recently issued final regulations implementing the employer shared responsibility provision (“pay or play”) effective in 2015. Certain large employers may face penalties if affordable minimum value health insurance coverage is not offered to substantially all full-time employees and their dependents.

Please join USI’s team of compliance specialists for a free, two-part series designed to help you understand the implications of these final rules on your organization. Each session is designed to provide you with the information and tools necessary to prepare for the impact “pay or play” will have on your organization. It is recommended you attend both sessions to receive the complete spectrum of information.
